Personalized Adoption Sign, Forever Family Day with Dates ~ the perfect baby gift, adoption day gift or baby shower gift!
Size: 16" wide x 24" high x 1/2".

Sign lists dates for when child was born, stole our hearts and forever family day. Child's name is at the bottom and painted in medium blue. (Original name has been blurred for privacy!) Sayings can be personalized/changed. Please list dates and any changes to sayings in "Note to Seller" at time of purchase.

Sign shown is done on dark gray background with dates in light blue, sayings in light green and name in medium blue . Sign is handpainted on MDF Board, sealed with polyurethane, finished on the back & ready to hang. No vinyl lettering!

To order, please provide name & dates and select background color and color of text/lettering. For custom colors, please indicate color in "Note to Seller". For custom order or changes to original listing, I will send a sample of your sign for your approval prior to completing order.

Please allow 14-21 days from date of purchase for item(s) to ship. If you need it by a certain date, then please give date in "Note to Seller" or contact me prior to ordering.
