Please use this form to place your order for a sign.  You may select a specific sign shown on website, or design one of your own.  Be sure to fill in ALL required information (marked with *) as accurately & completely as possible.  If you would prefer to contact me before placing or finalizing your order, then you may email me  or contact me directly.

Your order will not be final until total cost of sign (including size, extra items & shipping) has been calculated and payment arrangements have been made.  Payments can be made by check or cash or with credit/debit card thru PayPal.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment.  If you prefer to pay by credit/debit card, then select "Credit Card thru PayPal Invoicing" payment option below and an email invoice will be sent to you!

**OPTION** You may purchase certain signs through my Etsy shop! Just follow the link below.  Costs & shipping are calculated automatically and you can pay by credit card/PayPal.

Prices shown on website DO NOT include sales tax, shipping charges or cost of extra items, such as crosses and fleur de lis symbols added to name signs.  Total cost will be calculated once actual order is placed & all other costs (size, extra items, sales tax & shipping) have been determined.

Orders may take 2-3 weeks, with extra time for shipping.  Signs are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates vary from $10-$30, depending upon where order/sign is shipped & weight of package.  International rates are given upon request.

Please note that since all of my signs are hand painted, there will be slight variations between every item, even between similar items. Keep in mind that colors seen in the pictures can and will vary from computer to computer and device to device. No refunds will be issued for color variations between the physical item and the pictured item, unless there is a big mistake in color, like your item is supposed to be yellow and instead it’s black.
